From the moment the phone rings in our office to schedule your inspection we take the responsibility to make this a smooth process for you. You will receive a confirmation of your inspection within 1-hour of scheduling your inspection, and you will receive a final version of the report usually within 2-hours of the completion of the inspection itself. If you are able to attend the inspection you will be able to go over a rough-draft of the report immediately after the inspector is done collecting information.
We have performed over 10,000 inspections in South Florida & The Florida Key's over the last 25 years and look forward to going to work every day! Every home and inspection is different, and the attention to detail does not waiver from job to job. All of our reports are considered the culmination of our experience, on your behalf.

- Certified 4-Point Insurance Inspector: Florida Association of Building Inspectors 2018, 2020, & 2022.
- Graduate: General Home Inspection School, Miami FL (2018, 120-hour training program)

It is a violation of Florida Law [Chapter 468 Florida Statutes] for a home inspection company to perform general contracting services (on homes inspected by the company) until at least 366 days (a-year-and-a-day) after the inspection has been performed.

We Love What We Do
HomePro will provide you with a free limited 90-Day Home Buyers Warranty on every standard home or condo inspection we perform. This will provide you with some added piece of mind as well as helping you with any major problems that may occur within 90-days of your inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever is longer. We will also perform a free RecallChek inspection to make you aware of any recalls of appliances, water heaters and AC equipment. In most cases repair or replacement of recalled components is free through the manufacturer. We will also update you monthly if any other recalls take place.
